What we do
We work with you to find out more about your problem, give you information, explain your options and identify what further action can be taken.
We can also help you with filling in forms, drafting letters and contacting third parties on your behalf. We also have specialist debt and welfare benefits caseworkers who deal with more complex cases and can work with you over time to help you resolve your debt or benefit issues
What to bring with you
When you come to see us you will speak to an adviser so that we can identify the ways in which we can best help you.
It is important that the adviser you speak to has as much information about your case as possible. If you don’t bring the necessary paperwork with you, you may have to come back another time. This means it could take you longer to get the help you need.

We are open Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 2.00pm.
