The Gruffalo arrives in Mansfield on 12th February

NIDAS Families will be performing their interpretation of The Gruffalo in front of a live audience for the first time on 12th February at Mansfield Business Centre, Ashfield Avenue, Mansfield,  NG18 2AE!   Produced and directed by Libby Dove, they have been rehearsing following the success of their previous performance at our AGM last year.

Students run to boost night shelter funds

West Nottinghamshire College students were seen running away from the Derby Road campus in droves on 19 December – all in the name of festive fundraising.   Over 140 runners took part in the annual 5km Santa fun run from college, to Berry Hill Park and back, dressed in an array of Christmas-themed costumes.

Food and festive treats for furry friends

Animals at a rescue centre in Radcliffe-on-Trent are getting gifts of food, bedding, toys and treats thanks to the efforts of animal care students from West Nottinghamshire College.   The college’s annual shoe box appeal saw over 30 boxes and parcels donated and festively wrapped by two classes who are learning all about animal welfare.

Bringing in the pounds for pups

NIDAS families take to the stage in celebration of living a life free from harm and abuse #everyfamilycounts!
