Buckley Brown, the award-winning Mansfield-based estate agents, has just collected another accolade in recognition of its commitment to delivering great service.
The company, founded in 2015 by Jon Brown, Sean Kenny and Mark Stevenson, scooped the title of Best Letting Agent in the East Midlands in the recent British Property Awards. It was at the same awards last year that Buckley Brown won the coveted Best Estate Agent category for the Midlands.
A delighted Jon Brown, a director, commented:
“We take immense pride in how we operate as a business and the personal service that we provide to any client that we deal with.
“We work hard as a team to succeed and this latest award is testament to that. I’m delighted that in such a short space of time we have grown to become a leading estate agent in the area.”
The awards are based on a series of mystery shops that take place to independently monitor the quality of service provided by estate and lettings agents.
In line with recent Government guidelines, Buckley Brown has temporarily closed its Leeming Street office, but staff are all set up to work remotely. Clients can expect to receive exactly the same level of service as usual, with contact details remaining exactly the same as before.
Staff can take enquiries on properties, with the view of taking names and numbers so that viewings can be set up as soon as restrictions are lifted. It is also possible to do valuations and estimates on potential rental incomes too.
Nikki Rolls, chief executive of Mansfield Business Improvement District, commented: “The award is great news for a modern business at the heart of Mansfield and a further example of the high levels of customer service that can be found in town centre businesses.”
