Following a long year of stop – start trading conditions for local retailers/shop front businesses, Mansfield and Ashfield 2020 are running an open forum to learn more about your need for help, support and guidance as we begin to get back to business.
We want to hear your views on how you can open safely and how you can start to improve trading conditions to lift profits to cover the poor conditions from the previous year. This session will be facilitated by a qualified business coach to identify what can be done to create more sustainable business conditions for the future.
We will be looking to hear your views about the following issues:

• The challenges you face to opening in a safe, compliant way including promotion of community testing
• How you feel you can address customers potential concerns
• What can be done to help promote the re-opening of the local shops
• How you can increase profitability through the use of social media/digital marketing
• What help and support you need to grow a sustainable business and build back better
• The potential for retailers to work together and support each other in proactive measures to improve/grow their businesses

The information provided will help to shape the support and guidance offered as we work together to get back to some kind of ‘normal’.
