Jephsons Shopfitters, Mansfield, has set on a new contracts manager to develop projects and establish strong relationships with clients and subcontracts.
Paul has joined the established team at Jephsons Shopfitters with years of experience to share with the team. The unique opportunity arose within the national shopfitting company as a consistent growth over the last 18 months. Jephsons have remained busy supporting several high street fast-food chains, including Costa Coffee and KFC, considering the difficult trading environment.
Sales and Marketing Director Wayne Stringfellow shared: ‘Operating in a fast-paced construction environment with important timelines and budgets to adhere to for the entire project, we needed someone with experience and confidence to motivate a team and build relationships with our existing clients. Paul has worked from the ground up, which is vital for teamwork and understanding one another’s pressures throughout a project.’
Like most during the covid pandemic, we all assessed our positions, security, and what we wanted from our working life. When Paul Henderson found out well established local shopfitting firm needed a new contracts manager, Paul took the opportunity to seek more information.
