AW Safety at School Assembly

Early April saw AW Safety’s H&S Consultant, Adrian Kirkby, and our office Administrator, Danielle Shaw, visit the staff and year 10 pupils at Mansfield’s Brunts Academy to enlighten the students about the “Golden rules” of H&S in the Workplace (being fit for work, receiving an induction, reporting unsafe acts, stopping if anything changes) and how these rules can help to keep them safe during their upcoming work experience places.
The short presentation aimed to inform pupils of some of the safety precautions their potential employers should have introduced and also how their own part to play in keeping safe is just as important.
