Fidler & Pepper Lawyers, a multi-award-winning provider of legal services, is growing its Conveyancing business.

The company is regularly one of the highest-ranked Conveyancers in England and Wales, according to figures from the Land Registry that show how many completed property transactions are recorded by conveyancing firms.

With four offices in Nottinghamshire, Fidler & Pepper has already added a number of new staff to the team so far this year, and still needs to recruit additional Conveyancing specialists.

With a structured expansion programme in place, as well as Conveyancers being recruited, so too are Remortgage specialists, additional support staff and apprentices across the company.

While working from the office is required, staff will be given the opportunity of hybrid working, with a set number of days working from home.

Matt Slade, Director, and Head of Conveyancing at Fidler & Pepper Lawyers said: “As we know, the housing market has gone from strength to strength, and we are delighted to be putting in place a growth plan that will ensure that can fulfil all the work that we have.

“We’re a modern-thinking company and put an emphasis on supporting staff in their day-to-day roles and in their training and development. We just need more people to help us handle the demand both now and in the future.”

Casey Hopkinson joined Fidler & Pepper’s Conveyancing team only last year.
She said: “Taking the opportunity to work at Fidler & Pepper has been one of the best decisions I have made. Every day I get to see my work family who support each other immensely through both work and life in general. I’ve never had the pleasure of meeting so many genuinely great people all in one firm.

“I have been given the challenge I needed to grow and there is definitely a path for progression. Every colleague, whether it be Receptionist, Conveyancer or Director, are always on hand to offer support.”

And Harry Quick, is in the probate department at Fidler & Pepper Lawyers. He said: “I work with a great team of people and the flexibility that the company offers employees makes it a great place to work.”
“We are always busy, but we still make time to have a laugh and do the odd quiz. There’s also lots of support when you need it from management and members of the team.”
