West Nottinghamshire College will be holding specialist employment open days this month at one of the UK’s largest automotive retailers.
Apprenticeships in customer service at Pendragon in Annesley, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, are currently available for people looking to gain employment and training in the motor vehicle company’s customer service team.
The Level 2 qualification would be delivered on site at the Pendragon head office’s call centre, while also working in the role.
On Tuesday 29 and Thursday 31 May, staff from West Nottinghamshire College will be available at the Annesley headquarters to speak to prospective students and parents at the information events.
Each event is designed to provide more details about studying apprenticeships at Level 2 as well as finding out from Pendragon staff what life in a busy call centre is like.
The events run from 10am to 3pm and will give people the chance to ask tutors about what is involved in studying an apprenticeship, and to find out more from Pendragon staff about the business.
