This discounted service is being offered in a bid to encourage more and more people to get their Wills written by professionals.
A single Will is £99 and a pair of Wills is £139 (Subject to VAT). To compare, the firm normally charges £115 for a single Will and £160 for a pair of Wills (subject to VAT).
Even though the discount is in place, the usual levels of expertise and knowledge of the experienced staff will be utilised when putting together the Wills.
Richard Howard, who heads up the Wills department at the firm, which has offices in Sutton and in Mansfield, says the initiative should help people get peace of mind.
He said: “We usually have a lot of people enquiring about Wills at this time of year, but sometimes they either try to rush things or think that a Will is too expensive.
“Our professional advice though is that people really should spend time thinking about what they want to put in their Wills and what they want to happen to their estate should anything happen to them.
“Dying without a Will in place could prove a lot more costly, as could having a Will that is not written by a professional. For the same price as a night out or a nice outfit, people could have peace of mind – and that could be invaluable.”
