An ongoing commitment to training and development has seen Fidler & Pepper Solicitors being shortlisted for another prestigious award.

The firm is a finalist in the category of Best Training Firm of the Year in the LFS Conveyancing Awards.

Now in their seventh year, the LFS Conveyancing Awards are the biggest and most prestigious event in the Conveyancing calendar.

Joanne Godson, Head of People and Operations at Fidler & Pepper, said: “Training and development is crucial if a business is to grow and prosper, and at Fidler & Pepper we fully embrace this – it’s part of who we are. To be recognised by the industry for the work that we do is fantastic, so to be shortlisted is great news.”

The category is one of a number that make up the awards initiative, with the winners being announced at the LFS Conveyancing Awards D

inner in September.

Managing Partner Mark Slade added: “We believe that having happy staff leads to happy clients which leads to business success.

“Not only do we have a “grow our own” strategy that enables us to recruit, train and develop apprentices, we also have an ongoing people development strategy where we provide training and development opportunities for our longer serving staff. Why do we do this? Because it’s the right thing to do and it makes perfect business sense.”

The firm also recently won the Apprentice Employer Award accolade at a regional business awards scheme. For more information about Fidler & Pepper, visit www.fidler.co.uk
