We are absolutely delighted to announce that Kingfisher Court has been recognised as an ‘Outstanding’ care home by the Care Quality Commission.
We realise this level is extremely difficult to achieve and very few care homes in the country (less than 3% of residential care homes) are rated at this level;  especially a brand-new home built by a brand-new company; Oakdale Care Group. The entire team are incredibly proud of this and we are thrilled that everyone’s hard work and dedication has been recognised.
When Andrew Long and Chris Babington formed Oakdale Care Group they had a clear and firm view of what an Oakdale Care home should be like; Kingfisher Court embodies that vision and will set the standard for the other homes in our group as we continue to grow.
As Andrew and Chris were creating the company from scratch they did not have to conform to the existing, stereo-typical industry standards.  And this fresh, innovative approach whereby excellent personalised care and hotel-like hospitality, delivered in outstanding surroundings in a very open and transparent environment has cemented their pledge of being able to…..
