Fidler & Pepper Lawyers has seen its commitment to staff training recognised after it was shortlisted for a prestigious conveyancing award.
Fidler & Pepper Lawyers, with offices in Mansfield and Sutton in Ashfield, is a national finalist in the Best Training Firm category of the Law Firm Services Awards 2019.
The award is aimed at lawyers and solicitors who have advanced training schemes to “develop staff to progress their careers”.
Mark Slade, CEO at Fidler & Pepper, said: “It’s great to be shortlisted because it recognises that people development is right at the heart of our business strategy.
“Our strategy for growth simply would not succeed without the ongoing development of our employees because it allows us to deliver a high standard of service and this is the essential ingredient to building and maintaining a successful business.”
Fidler & Pepper firmly believes its training and development strategy is a real alternative to the traditional Higher Education route, and its training strategy focuses on the ongoing development of people through apprenticeship schemes and higher level apprenticeships, and through other qualifications.
Fidler & Pepper recently acquired the Silver accreditation from Investors in People (IIP) in recognition of its ongoing work, and also retained our ISO 9001 Quality Standard which demonstrates excellence in legal practice and client care.
This year’s LFS Conference and Awards event takes place at the Vox Conference Centre, Birmingham, in September. Organisers say it is “the largest, most respected and most prestigious conveyancing awards” event.
