John Morley of i-Sourcer is pictured welcoming new apprentice, Dylan Booth.  It’s certainly a warm welcome from John as temperatures haven’t been as high as this since before Dylan was born!
Commenting on Dylan’s appointment John said, ”I’m really pleased that Dylan has joined us and that the business can support the apprenticeships scheme.  It’s a great way to support workers of the future.  Dylan is also able to complete an NVQ in social media at the same time as working.”
Excited about this opportunity it gives him, Dylan said, ”I want to work in social media because it’s a thriving business which isn’t going to stop thriving anytime soon.  It’s the back-bone of most of society as we know it today. Originally, I was in college, however, I was determined to use my skills I had learnt at college in a working environment. So, I started looking for apprenticeships and found this one.  Everything about this just looked right.  I’ll also be able to complete and NVQ whilst working.  Previously I could imagine myself doing this……and now I am.”
