It is that time of year when Pendragon will be making an all-out effort to support our nominated charity which, for 2018, is MIND.
 

MIND provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.   Because of MIND, millions more people have access to advice and support thanks to their information and services nationally and locally, in England and Wales.

The event date is Thursday 16^th August and the theme for Pendragon’s 2018 Charity Challenge is ‘The Ultimate Throwback’, so we are doing a 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s or 90s theme and encouraging all of our Academy visitors to grab their flares or shell suit for a day of fundraising and fancy dress. The team at the Academy will be in full 50’s style dress.
 
The day will comprise of dress up and/or dress down, we shall have two classic Jaguars on display; the 60’s E-Type Jaguar and a 50’s Mark II Jaguar – a small donation will get you a classy photo with a classy car, we will also have a retro cake stall, a retro sweet stall, a tombola and a raffle and, during the Academy lunchbreak (c.12:30pm), we will be holding a 50s to the 90s music quiz over the lunch break – please join us and support this fantastic charity.
