Portland College write:
We are extremely proud of this brand new, fully accessible forest adventure and we’d love for you to celebrate with us at our official launch event on Saturday 28th March 2020 from 10am until 2pm.
Purpose-built within the grounds of Portland College, the Woodland Adventure Zone is accessible for wheelchair users and people with disabilities, providing an exciting experience for everyone to enjoy.
The launch event is FREE to attend and allows us to celebrate the opening of the Woodland Adventure Zone together with our local communities.
There will be fun for the whole family:
Climbing, abseiling and zipline
Food and Drink – free vouchers for the first 200 guests
Woodland Storyteller
Treasure Hunt
Drumming Workshops
Face-painting
Disney Characters
Bushcraft
Equipment trials with Triride and Loopwheels
and much more!
The climbing, abseiling and zipline activities are very popular and will be subject to availability and pre-booking. If you’re interested in taking part in these activities please book your places in advance.
