All businesses that are permitted to be open during lockdown are encouraged to send their employees for regular testing.
Rapid testing is for people who do not have COVID-19 symptoms, it’s free and available daily in Mansfield district.
Community testing is for everyone in our community and no one will be turned away from a testing centre. In Mansfield we are especially keen for adults who are unable to work from home to be tested. So if you work in a front line job, come into contact with the public or work in an environment with lots of other people then we would like to see you at one of our testing centres.
It’s a testing time for businesses in Mansfield and there’s never been a better time to ensure that you are Covid confident and keeping your workforce and customers safe.
Businesses can signpost their workforce to two community testing sites that are now open in Mansfield. If you have a lot of staff and you would like to secure a timed slot for testing then contact the council’s communications team and they will pass your request to the project team.
You can find a handy webpage about business testing along with downloadable materials that you can use to promote rapid testing across your business. Head to www.mansfield.gov.uk/coronavirus/businesstesting for more information.
