A Nottinghamshire-based domiciliary care company rated Outstanding for Caring has expanded into the Worksop area.
Officially founded in 2013, Respectful Care’s aim is to raise standards of care and improve the working conditions of care professionals.
Based in premises in Mansfield Woodhouse, Respectful Care already covers the Mansfield area, Nottingham, Chesterfield and Rotherham.
Now, its caring approach has seen a growth in demand for its services, culminating in the latest news that its hand-picked professional staff will be available to help people in the Worksop area.
Chief executive Mark Docherty said: “Respectful Care has worked hard to gain a reputation for delivering excellent support to people who need it most. In fact, our staff were awarded an Outstanding rating for their Caring when they were assessed by the official standards
regulator, the Care Quality Commission.
“We have seen an increasing number of enquiries from the Worksop area so it makes sense to more formally cover that part of Bassetlaw. Worksop has a wonderful community and we are delighted that we can become a trusted part of that.”
With a focus on putting the individual at the heart of care plans, Respectful Care is able to help with personal care, dementia care and palliative care. Staff also provide companionship services.
Registered Care Manager Keeley Riley commented: “To work as a carer with Respectful Care, you have to be a very special person. You are entrusted to look after people in their own homes, often helping them to lead happy and independent lives.
“This expansion in Worksop means that we can help more and more people and I’m looking forward to being a part of that.”
