Scams Action Service

CITIZENS ADVICE successfully launched their new Scams Action service – a free, confidential and independent service to help victims of online scams.

There’s no typical scam victim – it can happen to anybody. People who think they have, or are being, scammed online can get help through @CitizensAdvice Scams Action by:
? calling 0300 330 3003 to get help from advisers trained on online scams   
? using our web chat service to get preventative advice or next steps
? visiting new scams advice on our website
