All webinars are delivered by Gradconsult, an award-winning consultancy that specialises in supporting SMEs to attract, recruit and retain talent.
They are taking place as part of the High Level Skills programme, which is part-funded by the European Social Fund (ESF). The programme is made up of two complementary projects:

  • Priority Skills for D2N2 SMEs seeks to upskill the existing workforce of SMEs by providing free training opportunities and enhancing equal access to lifelong learning
  • GRADS for D2N2 offers a package of support and funding to identify skills and talent needs to help you to recruit work ready graduates, take on degree apprentices and put your voice at the heart of the courses we deliver
