Woodhead Regeneration Limited, part of the Edwinstowe Based Woodhead Group have appointed Andrew Priestley as their new Development Manager.

The new role is a direct result of the continued business growth over the last three years on the back of a highly successful, award winning, housing development, Rufford Pastures, in Edwinstowe.  Now in its final phase, the company is turning attention to finding and acquiring new land not only for Woodhead Homes, the company’s market sale arm but also its Joint Venture Partners.

Commenting on the appointment, Ian Powell, Head of Homes & Regeneration added,

“Andy will be a real asset to the team and our partners. He will be responsible for identifying land and opportunities to bring forward exceptional housing and regeneration schemes that really stand out from the crowd. We are delighted to have him on board and he is already appraising some exciting sites and opportunities to transform and regenerate a number spaces.”

One of Andy’s most notable schemes was the 200 acre Markham Vale redevelopment, one of the region’s flagship locations which has been a catalyst for the creation of thousands of new jobs.

Woodhead Regeneration are currently seeking land for future developments and would welcome conversations with vendors looking to release land or form joint venture partnerships to bring forward much needed housing.
